Deep cleaning can significantly improve the cleanliness and appearance of a home, but some permanent stains, surface damage, worn finishes, old grout, silicone discolouration or long-term build-up may not return to a new condition.

Results depend on the age, material and existing condition of each surface. We will use an appropriate cleaning method, but we cannot guarantee the complete removal of every stain, mark, mould discolouration or pre-existing condition.

Additional Cleaning Available When Needed

These add-on services are included only when selected and confirmed in your quote before booking. Availability and price depend on the work required, surface condition and safe access. An item already included in your agreed quote will not be charged again as an extra.

Meanwhile, the other work list is outside our cleaning services and cannot be booked as an add-on.

Cleaning after renovation or building work requires a separate Post-Renovation / After Builders cleaning quote. It is not included in Regular Home Cleaning or Deep & Spring Cleaning.

Deep & Spring Cleaning for Real Hills District Homes

This service is not automatically an end-of-lease or bond cleaning service. Any inspection standard, agent checklist or bond-related requirement must be discussed and agreed separately before booking.

What is the difference between deep cleaning and regular cleaning?
Regular cleaning maintains a home that is already in a manageable condition. Deep cleaning gives more time and attention to built-up dirt, detailed surfaces and areas that are not normally covered during ongoing maintenance visits.
Is every item on the website included automatically?
No. The exact scope depends on the home’s condition and the items selected and confirmed before booking. Appliance interiors, cupboard interiors, windows, carpet steam cleaning and other add-ons must be requested separately.
How long does a deep clean take and how much does it cost?
The time and price depend on the size, layout and current condition of the home, access requirements and the agreed cleaning scope. We may request photographs or a site visit before confirming the estimate.
Will I need a site visit?
Not every home requires one. We may recommend a site visit for larger properties, heavy build-up, unusual conditions, difficult access or work that cannot be assessed accurately through the online form and photographs.
Can I add oven, window or carpet cleaning?
Yes, subject to availability and confirmation before booking. These services are not automatically included in the standard deep clean.
Can every stain or area of mould be completely removed?
No. Results depend on the surface, age and existing condition. Heavy, structural or potentially hazardous mould requires an appropriate specialist and is not included in our normal cleaning service.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
You do not need to remain home if safe access has been arranged. Please secure cash, jewellery, valuables, fragile items and dangerous substances before our team arrives. Please also disclose any indoor security or pet cameras in accordance with the Service Terms.
