Important note:
Regular cleaning is maintenance cleaning. If a home has significant build-up, heavy staining or areas that have not been cleaned for an extended period, an initial clean or deep clean may be recommended before regular service begins.
Additional Cleaning Available When Needed
These add-on services are included only when selected and confirmed in your quote before booking. Availability and price depend on the work required, surface condition and safe access. An item already included in your agreed quote will not be charged again as an extra.
Meanwhile, the other work list is outside our cleaning services and cannot be booked as an add-on.

Work in unsafe or inaccessible areas, or work requiring scaffolding or specialised access equipment
Building-rubbish, rubble or skip-bin removal
Cleaning within active or unsafe construction areas
Specialist stain restoration, polishing or repair work, including repairs to scratches, damaged finishes and building defects
Important Note
Cleaning after renovation or building work requires a separate Post-Renovation / After Builders cleaning quote. It is not included in Regular Home Cleaning or Deep & Spring Cleaning.
The First Clean May Be Different from Your Regular Visits
The first visit allows us to bring the home to a suitable maintenance level and understand its layout, surfaces and priorities. If there is existing build-up, additional time or a more detailed initial clean may be required.
Once the agreed baseline has been established, weekly or fortnightly visits focus on maintaining the home consistently.
We will explain and confirm any material difference in scope or price before the booking is finalised. Additional work will not be added without approval.
